Our service to you includes an on site consultation, discussing your concerns and needs, and coming up with a solution and price (all our quotes are GST inclusive) that you are happy with. If your job is relatively straight forward it can more often than not be dealt with there and then. If your job is more complicated, involving a lot of product and time, a quote will be prepared free of charge. If you are happy with the quote, the job will be scheduled at a time that works for you - usually within 10 working days. If we are unable to help, we have contacts in the pool industry that we can put you in contact with.
